of 8.5 cents per kW hour, if you were to replace...
...a standard 4' flourescent lamp with a T-8 octron lamp, powered by an electronic ballast,
you would save $1.91 per year per lamp.
...both the ballasts and lamps of a 4' 4-light fixture with the energy-efficient types,
you would save $7.43 a year per fixture.
